About Asia Cornea Society

The scope of corneal subspecialty that the ACS aims its focus on includes, but is not limited to corneal and external eye diseases, ocular surface disorders, corneal transplantation and other forms of corneal surgery, including keratoprosthesis surgery, corneal refractive surgery, the medical contact lens field and eye banking.

The society is dedicated to providing a forum for regional interaction so as to advance the development of these fields of ophthalmology in Asia, and to contribute to international development in this arena, with the ultimate aim of alleviation of corneal blindness.
